LEGO MINDSTORMS NXT with TETRIX^® Basic Training Overview

Discover how to combine TETRIX, a metal building system, with the LEGO MINDSTORMS^® NXT to create a robotics platform appropriate for the high school level. Harness the power of MINDSTORMS technology to incorporate and connect powerful DC and servo motors and metal gears to create more versatile and robust robots. This workshop also includes information on how to program using one, or a combination of, the following languages:

• LabVIEW™ Education Edition – Widely used in industry, this graphical-based language developed by National Instruments can be used to log data, power a robot, analyze information, and much more.
• ROBOTC^® – This C-based programming language is built around industry standards. Discover how code templates and code completion tools can effectively simplify text programming.
