How to Order

  1. Find the items – Find the desired items in the online store. You can do this by entering a word, phrase, or product number in the Search box or by using the Browse by Category drop-down menu at the top of the page. You can select among Products, Activities, and Curriculum for each topic and then age level, if desired. When more than one product is displayed, you may use the navigation links on the left side of each screen to narrow the range of products shown. When you see a product you'd like to know more about, click the picture. Details about the product will display.
  2. Put the items in your cart – Click the Add to Cart button to put an item in your shopping cart. (On certain products, you will be prompted to select a quantity, size, or color from the Select an option drop-down list.) To view your cart contents, point to the Cart button at the top of the page.
  3. Go to the checkout – When you have finished shopping, point to the My Cart button and click Go to Cart and Check Out.
    1. Verify cart contents – Your cart contents will display. Review the items in the cart. Update quantities or remove items as needed. (If you have a promo code, enter it on this page.) When you’re satisfied with your cart contents, click Proceed to Checkout.
    2. Sign in or create an account – If you already have a Pitsco Education account, sign in with your email address and password. Otherwise, you must create a new account. (Type your name, email address, and password and click Create Account)
    3. Select or add a shipping address.
    4. Select a shipping method.
    5. Select or add a billing address.
    6. Choose a payment method – Credit card and purchase order are the available options. Depending on your selection, you’ll be prompted to enter additional information (such as P.O. number or credit card information). If you have a gift certificate, click Use Your Gift Certificate and type the certificate number.
    7. Complete the order – After the correct information has been entered and you have reviewed the order summary, click the Submit My Order button. An order confirmation screen will display and an email order confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
